Account & Loyalty Program
Q: Does my iDrinkCoffee.com account work with the parts website?
A: Yes! You can log in with your existing iDrinkCoffee.com
credentials, and your saved address will populate at checkout. However, order history from the main site will not transfer to the parts site.
Q: Do I collect loyalty points on parts purchases?
A: No. The loyalty program does not apply to the parts site, and points earned on iDrinkCoffee.com cannot be redeemed on the parts site.
Ordering & Compatibility
Q: What if the part I purchased is not compatible with my machine?
A: Compatibility depends on the year and model of your machine. The “Compatible Product” list on each product page is a general guide, and it is your responsibility to confirm that a part is correct. If you have questions, please contact parts@idrinkcoffee.com, but we cannot guarantee compatibility.
Q: Who is responsible if I install a part incorrectly?
A: You are responsible. Parts must be installed by a qualified technician, and iDrinkCoffee.com is not liable for damage or injury caused by improper installation.
Q: Can I get support with the installation of the part I purchased?
A: No. The parts site is self-serve, and we do not provide installation instructions, troubleshooting, or technical support. Parts should only be installed by a qualified technician.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: Is shipping free?
A: Yes! Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under $75 will be charged according to our standard shipping rates at checkout.
Q: When is my order considered delivered?
A: An order is considered delivered once the courier marks it as such in their tracking system. If a package is stolen after delivery (“porch piracy”), it should be reported to the police, as it is a crime on your property. We are not responsible for theft once delivery is confirmed.
Q: Can I combine orders from iDrinkCoffee.com with parts orders?
A: No. The main website and parts website run independently, and orders will be processed and shipped separately.
Returns, Warranties & Policies
Q: Are parts returnable?
A: No. All parts are final sale. There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Q: Will parts be perfect cosmetically?
A: Most parts are stored in bulk bins and may have minor cosmetic imperfections. External parts (like drip trays) are packaged carefully, but internal parts (like valves) may have slight marks that do not affect functionality.
Q: Is there any warranty offered on parts?
A: No. Parts are sold without warranty unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer. Cosmetic imperfections, wear, or improper installation are not covered.
Q: Can promotions, discounts, or price matching be applied to parts?
A: No. Parts orders are final sale and not eligible for promotions, discounts, or price matching.
Q: Can I return or exchange a part if it doesn’t work?
A: No. All parts are final sale. Issues caused by incorrect fit or installation are not eligible for return or replacement.
